About these conditions

These conditions cover your use of the PhyriaPulse website. VIB Innovaatio (Y-tunnus 3636406-8) runs the site from Forssa, Finland. By using the site, you accept the conditions below.

Use of the site

Use the site for lawful purposes. Do not disrupt it, copy it for resale, or misuse the contact channels. We keep the site available with reasonable care, and we make no promise of uninterrupted service.

Product information

Pages describe PhyriaPulse and its purpose. The information guides your interest. It forms no contract on its own. A pilot or a purchase runs under a separate written agreement with its own terms and prices.

Intellectual property

The site content, the PhyriaPulse name, and the brand belong to VIB Innovaatio. Do not reuse them without written permission.

Liability

We work for accuracy and keep no liability for indirect loss from use of the site, within the limits of Finnish law.

Governing law

Finnish law governs these conditions. The courts of Finland settle any dispute.

Changes

We update these conditions as needed. The date above shows the last change.

Returns and the right to withdraw

You can return a PhyriaPulse node within 14 days of receiving it. For an order of several items, the 14 days run from the day the last one arrives.

If you buy as a consumer

If you buy mainly for purposes outside a business, the Finnish Consumer Protection Act gives you the right to withdraw. You need no reason. Tell us within 14 days by email to info@phyriapulse.com, with your offer or invoice number. Any clear statement is enough. You can also use the model withdrawal form, which comes with every written offer and which we send on request. A notice sent within the 14 days is in time.

Send the node back within 14 days of your notice. You pay the return postage. We refund the price and the original delivery cost, at the rate of our cheapest standard delivery, within 14 days of your notice and by the method you paid with. We may hold the refund until the node is back or you show that you sent it.

You may unpack the node, power it, connect it to the dashboard and look at the readings. That is inspection, and it costs you nothing. We deduct for lost value only if the node was used beyond that: mounted permanently, drilled, its cable glands cut, its soil probes buried, or water inside the enclosure.

If you buy for a business

Finnish consumer law gives a business buyer no right to withdraw. We offer the same 14 days by agreement, for hardware that is uninstalled, complete, and resaleable in its packaging. A node mounted in a greenhouse cannot be returned. To try PhyriaPulse in your own greenhouse first, use the two-month pilot or the free first month of a subscription.

What this does not cover

The pilot, consulting days and subscription months already begun are services under their own terms. A faulty node is not a return. It falls under our statutory liability for defects, which has no 14-day limit. Tell us within a reasonable time of noticing a fault, and we repair or replace the node.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed per node each month and can be cancelled before the next billing date. Returning a node ends that node’s subscription from the day we receive it.

Nothing here reduces your rights under Finnish consumer law. Where this policy gives you more, it applies.
