Who we are

VIB Innovaatio (Y-tunnus 3636406-8) is the controller of your personal data. We operate from Forssa, Finland, under the PhyriaPulse brand. For any privacy question, write to info@phyriapulse.com.

What we collect

• Messages you send. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, your email address, and your message.
• Site analytics. With your consent, we measure visits with PostHog on its EU servers. We see pages viewed, approximate location by country, device type, and which links people tap. We keep session recording switched off.

Why we use it

We use your messages to reply and to help with your greenhouse. We use analytics to learn which pages help and to improve the site. We never sell your data.

Legal basis

We rely on your consent for analytics. You give it through the cookie banner, and you withdraw it any time through Cookie settings in the footer. We rely on legitimate interest and your own request for handling enquiries.

Who processes it

Two providers act for us under contract: our email host, and PostHog for analytics on EU servers. They handle data only on our instruction.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails while we work with you and for a reasonable period after. We keep analytics in aggregate. We delete what we no longer need.

Your rights

Under EU rules you hold the right to see your data, correct it, erase it, limit its use, object to its use, and receive a copy. To use a right, write to info@phyriapulse.com. You also hold the right to complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman at tietosuoja.fi.
